8. Refund policy

To request a refund, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Service Commencement: If a service has not commenced or significant progress has not been made, you may request a full refund within 7 days of signing the contract.
  • Refund Requests: All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@auroraadvertisement.com. Upon receipt, requests will undergo a thorough review.
  • Review and Processing: You will be informed of the outcome within 10 business days. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.
  • Non-Refundable Circumstances: Requests for refunds after services have commenced, or if significant progress has been made, will not be entertained. Refunds are strictly subject to the terms outlined above and will not be granted for any services rendered beyond the initial 7-day period.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Virginia. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State for any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions.
